Delivery
• P&P is a flat rate of £2.50 on orders up to £40. Over £40 P&P is Free.
• Shipping for all European and international orders (including Southern Ireland) will be charged at cost. If you want to know the shipping costs BEFORE your order is sent please leave a note in the comments section when you place your order.
• Stampeezee aims to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Whilst we endeavour to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible, there may be items that are out of stock when we receive your order. Your order may be delayed if items are not in stock. Some items may be unavailable and Stampeezee may not be able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock.
• If part of your order depends upon the availability of one or more other items, please advise us of this.
• We will contact you for advice should availability be a problem.
• The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.
• Title to any product ordered will pass to you once Stampeezee has received payment in full for that product. Risk in any product ordered will pass upon delivery to you.
Returns
• You may withdraw from the contract at any time but no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product by:
a) sending the notice of cancellation by email to info@stampeezee.co.uk ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number;
or
b) where you have already received the goods, returning the goods to Stampeezee unopened together with the original invoice. Stampeezee will refund you the purchase price of the goods.
• Once Stampeezee receive the goods in the condition that they were in when delivered to you, any sum debited to Stampeezee from your card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.
• You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to Stampeezee. Stampeezee reserves the right to make a 15% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in mint condition or to refuse to accept such goods, at its sole discretion.
• In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Stampeezee shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify Stampeezee of the problem in writing within 7 working days of delivery of the goods.
