Please carefully read these terms of sale before placing your order.

1. FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
1.1 These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Stampeezee

1.2 No contract exists between you and Stampeezee for the sale of any goods until Stampeezee has received and accepted your order and sends you confirmation in writing or by email to the email address you have given us. Once Stampeezee does so there is a legally binding contract between us.
1.3 The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see below) and Stampeezee reserves the right to refuse to accept orders from any individual or company at its absolute discretion. 1.4 Stampeezee may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.

2. DESCRIPTION AND PRICE OF GOODS
2.1 The description and (subject to clause 2.4) the price of the goods you order will be shown on Stampeezee’s current website at the time you place your order.
2.2 All drawings, descriptive matter, specifications contained on Stampeezee’s website are published or issued for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them. They will not form part of this contract.
2.3 The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available from stock, Stampeezee will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit card for the goods.
2.4 Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on Stampeezee's website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is discovered Stampeezee will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option to either re-confirm your order at the correct price or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel, Stampeezee will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit card for the goods.

3. PAYMENT
3.1 Payment for the goods can be made by any method shown on Stampeezee's website at the time you place your order. Exceptions are that we do not accept cheque payment from Overseas Customers.

4. DELIVERY
4.1 The goods you order will be delivered to the address you specified in your account. If the goods are to be delivered to a different address, this must be specified at the time the order is placed and cannot be changed afterwards.
4.2 Goods are normally despatched within 24 hours. However, Stampeezee will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this instance, Stampeezee will inform you as soon as possible.

5. CANCELLATION
Under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund up to and including the 7th day after receipt. 5.1 If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Stampeezee at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address shown at 1.1 above. You must take care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime, or in transit.
5.2 If for any reason you decide not to keep an item, you can return it for a refund or replacement. Non faulty items must be returned in their original packaging where appropriate and must be in an unused condition.
5.3 Once you have notified Stameezee that you are cancelling the contract, Stampeezee will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you.

6. WARRANTY
6.1 If the goods Stampeezee will deliver to you are not as ordered or are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity, Stampeezee's liability shall be limited to replacing the damaged or defective products or if replacement goods are not available, Stampeezee will issue a refund. Stampeezee shall not be liable for failure to deliver goods ordered by you unless notified within 21 days of the date of the original order. Stampeezee’s liability will be limited to delivering the goods ordered or refunding the price and delivery charges of the non-delivered goods.
6.2 Stampeezee, its employees and other agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage including loss of profit or any other form of compensation. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be construed to limit Stampeezee's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.
6.3 This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. DATA PROTECTION
7.1 Stampeezee will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and Payment secure, but unless Stampeezee is proven to have been negligent, Stampeezee will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
7.2 You can correct any information we hold about you, or ask for information about you to be deleted, by giving written notice to Stampeezee at the address, telephone number or email address shown at 1.1 above.

8. APPLICABLE LAW
As the internet allows access to the site from countries acting under different laws differing from those of Stampeezee (anywhere outside England and Wales), you agree that insofar as is allowed by any relevant legislation or jurisdiction, English Law shall govern this contract and any dispute under it.

You may not reproduce, modify, copy or distribute any of the materials or contents on this website without written permission from Stampeezee.
